Escoffier Room

The Escoffier is situated in the heart of Victoria in the leafy area of Vincent Square. The Escoffier is in the oldest part of the college building and boasts of having the oldest culinary school in the country since 1910. From an idea by Auguste Escoffier, Cesar Ritz (Ritz Dynasty), pitched their idea to Baroness Coutts. So impressed was Baroness Coutts that she gave them a generous donation of land where the dream was realised, and the school was built.
