Wednesday Night is Grill Night at the Brasserie

From 6 October 2021, every Wednesday night at The Brasserie will be Grill Night, utilising our Josper Grill and smoker.

Josper kindly donated the equipment to The Vincent Rooms, so that Westminster Kingsway Students could benefit from using these industry staples, enhancing our grilled meats and fish offer.

Josper was born in 1969 when the most innovative technology and tradition joined hands. Created by Pere Juli and Josep Armangué in Pineda de Mar, Barcelona, it has become a legend in the world of charcoal gastronomy. With over 40,000 clients, Josper is the industry-standard partner for chefs, enabling them to achieve the highest quality of grilling over charcoal.
