Capital City College is proud to have had a working partnership with New Covent Garden Fruit, Vegetable and Flower Wholesale Market. For many years, the market has supported us in the teaching and education of students with market tours and more recently with the sponsorship of our fine dining vegetarian menus. Most of the fruit and vegetables on the menus are sourced from New Covent Garden Market.
Due to the long lead time of producing the current menu and unforeseen weather conditions, some components of the menu may change at our discretion.
If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or coeliac disease, please speak to the lecturers about the ingredients in your food and drink before you order.
Our bread is made in the same bakery, which uses various nuts. We do offer Gluten-Free Bread; please request it from your server. We can also replace butter with olive oil.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept tips, but we do have a donation box located in the Escoffier.
Donations are used to subsidize student trips, competition entries, travel expenses, and much-needed equipment for their education and training during the student’s three-year programme.
