The Game Seminar

Our Game Seminars are for enthusiasts and professionals looking to enhance their knowledge of furred and feathered game.

Led by expert chef Jose Souto at our Westminster centre, the seminar provides a comprehensive understanding of small-furred game, feathered game and species of deer, covering animal husbandry, preparation and cookery techniques.

Price: £115 per person, including a three-course game lunch. Groups of 5 or more can book for £100 per person.
