The training of our students encompasses technology, science, culinary art and classical food service. The college’s restaurants are a reflection of this and are designed to give our students the opportunity to learn in a real environment that is always customer-focused. We are producing the future stars of the hospitality industry right here at Vincent Square, who will eventually go on to lead the capital’s culinary heart for generations to come.
